Portal account creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when your project portal is set up.
• You must keep your contact information updated so we can reach you about site progress.
• We may verify your identity and property ownership as part of onboarding a new project.

Account security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including document approvals.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Your content

You retain ownership of site photos, documents, and plans you upload to the portal. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content as necessary to deliver our services and, with your permission, for our portfolio.

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Our content

Eral Construction owns all rights to our website, branding, preliminary designs, drawings, and quotes. These remain our intellectual property until a project contract is signed and paid for in full.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Eral Construction Ltd.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Dispute resolution

1. 1 Informal resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably.
2. 2 Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA).
3. 3 Legal action: Either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts of Kenya, Nairobi.
